We spent the last ten years doing what we do best - moving New Yorkers. We got to work with some amazing people, we got to know thousands of customers, and we believe we learned what it takes to make a moving day a positive experience. It's simple - being kind to each other takes the nerves out of the moving day and makes everything just a tad easier. Armed with kindness we set out to open our small moving business. We believe that every customer deserves a transparent, easy to understand and accurate moving quote, so we made our quoting process just that. We believe in caring for people we hire, and we have faith in them to care for our customers. Positive attitude can move a mountain, let alone your Manhattan apartment!

The guys from Otter were great. They came on time and the move was seamless. They even helped me move two chairs that were staying in my apartment that I couldn't manage. A+

Otter Moving was extremely professional, communicative and efficient. They moved my daughter’s apt and it was completely flawless. They had to disassemble and reassemble several pieces of furniture as did so effectively. They were on time, worked well and got the job done without any issues. Would definitely recommend.

The Otter team did a really solid job on my recent move within NYC. Showed up on time, got a 3 hour job (1 bedroom) done in 2 hours, and did all of that at very competitive all-inclusive pricing. I would definitely hire them again next time I move.
