Please read our policy carefully before contacting us: 1. The estimate we provide is hourly rate. 2. We have a 3 hours minimum regardless of how much items you are moving. 3. For long distance moves and 2 or more bedroom moves, you can either send pictures to us, or we can assign an agent for an on-site estimate free of charge within New York City. 4. The estimated price will include: Movers, truck, gas, parking muni-meter, tolls within the city, basic beds disassembly and reassembly, protective furniture blankets, tapes, tools, dollies, plastic stretch wrap, free use of wardrobe boxes during transit. 5. In order to send you a quote, we will need the following info: * Name & Email & Phone number Pick up and drop off addresses, and the number of stairs flight at each location * Inventory list.

Amazing service! After going through with all-night packing session we were really tired and was not hoping to enjoy our moving day. Danny came with his team to help us with moving. They arrived on time and then the whole experience couldn't have gone better, it was seamless. We were so tired and dull that we couldn't watch them at every bit step but they were doing their job with honesty and efficiently which made our moods better. They were friendly and courteous we actually began to enjoy our move. They loaded everything up without damaging a single piece and delivered them to our new house. They put everything on its right place, they asked us first. Moving is always considered to be the worst experience of a new house but with Great Movers moving was not pain indeed. Thank you so much!

I am writing this 5 star review in favor of Great Movers. These guys were awesome. I was very nervous and i kept on asking many questions on phone and the guy answered every question very patiently. He made sure that everything will be fine, at first instant i didn't believe him but when they actually moved me i believe that it would be the most easiest and relaxed move i would ever had. I am very conscious about my furniture and belongings. They were very careful with all of my items and my move got perfectly done in less than 3 hours. If you want to relieve your stress of moving without bearing any loss, hire Great Movers they can make your day. Other movers would promise you the same way but they can prove it that they are the best. Give them chance you can fully trust them. These guys are highly recommended by me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing system is like, for 2 movers, we normally charge $ 105 an hour. Pricing depends upon many factors, like number of movers, walk up or elevators, dates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a very easy and simplified booking process, this includes sending a free of cost estimate for the move. After the customer approved the estimate, we schedule them for the specified date and time. That being done, we then touch base with customer a day or two before the move to make sure everything is good to go and if there hasn't been any change of plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in business administration, while working part time for a moving company. With time the part time job at moving company turned into a full time job and then into a self owned moving company, called Great Movers.
