- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Out goal is to provide upfront pricing for all. we have put our prices at our website and we try to be as transparent as possible. If you have any questions please fell free to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process is fairly simple, when booking your move with us. We ask a small deposit of $150 and the remaining is due on moving day. we wrap all the furniture, we disassemble and reassemble the furniture. and expect complete professionalism from our team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have a bachelor's degree in business, I have worked in multiple industries. as a business owner I focus on great costumer satisfaction. our team is highly skilled, we have masters in carpentry for disassemble and reassembling, we have guys that worked in construction, painting, cleaning, building maintenance and much more. we have the capacity to built a house. our team is gender neutral and we offer opportunities to all.
