- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on exactly what the needs are. If the needs are not too much the price is lower, but if it's more robust it is reflected in the cost of the program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send out a questionnaire to the new customer to find out their specific needs to ensure my presentation is exactly what they are looking for. All my presentations are customized to the needs of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had the opportunity to study under the great motivational speakers such as Willie Jolley, Les Brown, Tony Robbins to name a few.
