Simon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He provided options to help me decide which solution is best in order to address my issue. He worked swiftly which was exactly what my situation called for. Once the work was complete he also cleaned up all residual materials from the job. He was definately the right person for the job. I will definately be recommeng him to my friends and neighbors. Job well done!!

I cannot recommend Simon highly enough. I had some tree damage to my wrought iron railing just a I was preparing for an open house so time and quality were of the essence. Simon was extremely responsive and fixed the damage the same day I called him. His work was high quality and at a reasonable cost. He was also very pleasant and positive. I couldn’t be happier with his work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are based on the costs of materials since the price of steel fluctuates rapidly, not forgetting workmanship! As mentioned before … We are open to negotiations …
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contracted a 30% deposit is required with the signing of the contract agreement! Upon completion the remaining 70% is collected upfront! We are open to negotiations so as to build long term relationships with all clients!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 40 Hrs / Fire-watch & Torch Training / Welding skill was attained from on the job training!
