Dear Marcus, I appreciate all feedback, as it helps us improve our services. However, I must clarify the facts regarding the challenges faced on this project. Construction is a serious and highly skilled profession—safety is paramount, and elements like scaffolding, especially at nearly 40 feet high, are not to be taken lightly. These structures require careful planning and execution to prevent accidents, as lives could be at risk if proper procedures aren’t followed. Despite multiple visits to the site, work could not proceed as scheduled due to the disorganized and unprofessional manner in which your team operated. This lack of coordination caused significant delays, making it impossible to complete the project efficiently. Additionally, essential materials—including the scaffolding, paint supplies, and various tools—were provided at our expense and remain unpaid. These costs were necessary for the job, yet to date, no payment has been made to cover them. We take pride in delivering quality work with professionalism and safety at the forefront. My goal has always been to deliver quality workmanship while ensuring a safe and efficient process. If you are willing to address these outstanding matters, I am open to discussing a resolution.
