- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates varies based on -The nature of the job, if is a photo shoot. a wedding, fashion shoot and etc... -How many people are interested in my services, -Location I do offer affordable rates and discount group packages based on the season as well. Deposit and contracts are required for events and a large number of people who are inquiring my service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to know what type of makeup or hair style you like to have for your photo shoot or event and have you to provide reference pictures. Also the time that you need to be ready. The more details you provide the better I am able to work with your expectations and make you feel absolutely gorgeous and confident. We can set up a phone consultation or a trial that helps us to speak about any of your concerns, try out styles so make you feel more comfortable on the actual day of your photo shoot or event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in fine arts :painting and photography . Since I always loved to work in beauty I got training from Vidal Sassoon head of the beauty department privately . Soon after I became a national then international artist and trainer for major cosmetic brands and I had an opportunity to work and study products, travel and train artists in Salons, Major department stores and Sephora all over the states. After some years of traveling I decided to become a full time freelancer and spend more time with my family. One of my great first freelance jobs was working at the Film Junket with Martin Scorsese. I got certified in Makeup Academy in Airbrush and Hd Makeup for camera and films. Since then I attend workshops to keep up with new trends in beauty also has good knowledge in SFX and character makeup.
