- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have competitive pricing and give discounts for large groups (wedding parties, girls night out, etc) please let me know how many are in your group so i can give you a special price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation or a trial before to determine what the customer is looking for and to be sure we are on the same page. Many customers bring pictures of what they want to look like so we both have a clear idea of the look they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Career Academy of Beauty, and taught as an instructor at the Joe Blasco School and have been doing this for over 23 years. I still attend classes whenever I can. Since makeup and styles change so frequently, I feel that one is never really done learning.
