- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum for an hourly job is 3 hours. We provide COI`s at no additional charge. No fees added for credit card payments. When paying by credit card all charges will be processed 24h prior to the moving date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing contact we will take a survey of your home by phone/video call or in person depending on the size of your move and circumstances. Next step will be providing you a quote by e-mail explaining all the charges and procedures. The sales representative will go over the estimate with the customer to ensure that he understands the quote. If the client agrees to go forward a $100 0refundable deposit will be taken. The client can cancel/postpone the move with 24h notice, otherwise the deposit will be forfeit. A confirmation department will confirm your move prior to the moving day. During the moving day you will receive a notification in the morning prior to the crew's arrival with the ETA and their info. Upon completion the manager will contact the client prior to the crew leaving to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied. Next day, client will receive a quality control follow-up by e-mail/text or phone.
