I am not one to write reviews but Big Dawg Movers took care of us profoundly, we scheduled our move for a day that had inclement weather over a month before finding out such would be an issue. A simple request sent out via this website to the company and we had movers at our door within two hours and they got the job done. very courteous, and careful! I’ve used several moving companies, and I must admit this experience was great!

These guys were wonderful! The response was fast, they were communicative, and very professional! They moved some antique furniture with glass that was very fragile and took great care wrapping it and moving it. I will definitely use these guys again.

The Big Dawg Movers Company was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time and were very respectful of my property. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they got to work immediately, and it was amazing to see how quickly they cleared out years’ worth of clutter and furniture. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They made sure to remove every piece of junk and debris and left the area spotless. They even went the extra mile to help me bring 2 Big boxes up to my unit. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an ease of mind to get your stuff removed or moved!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour , no extra fees for flights of stairs, wrapping , or to assemble/disassemble. We do off a 10% discount for returning clients and referrals
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, ask what items we will be moving, educate them on the process and what we will be doing to ensure the safety of their belongings, and begin to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before working for a moving company, I’ve worked for FedEx for years loading and unloading trucks. This made me a great packer and made moving easy for me as soon as I started in this field.
