My goal is to help you identify areas of resistance that prevent you from being in flow, and to transform them into opportunities that help you take action toward your dreams and aspirations. When you’re in resistance mode, you are one step behind — fixing things after they happen. By changing to an opportunity mindset, you become empowered to take charge and create a reality that better serves you & those around you. With this action-based approach, you’ll be able to experience uncertainty, confusion and resistance as the stepping board to get clear and take action toward your goals. The work is affordable and my sessions are online so you can be in the comfort of your own home. In our work together, I focus on the experiential - how you respond and deal with uncomfortable situations rather than why you react in certain ways. I guide people on how to look for possibilities so they can choose how to handle issues before they happen. While challenges can be confronting and viewed as problems (obstacles), I see them as an invitation to get clarity and move forward. My preference is to identify the patterns of resistance instead of analyzing why the resistance shows up. Resistance to change, whether mental or emotional is reflected in the body, shortness of breath, muscular tension, digestion and more. My approach is that nobody is “broken”, therefore you don’t need to be “fixed”. My goal is to help you feel and be empowered and tap into your gifts. I am intuitive, a channel and an empathetic listener. I am direct, transparent without sugar coating and non judgmental.My passion is helping people thrive in their own experience releasing blame, shame and guilt. ** Although the work is not covered by insurance I can assure you it's worth it.
