- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduction and Assessment: Conduct an initial assessment to understand the student's language proficiency, goals, and learning preferences. 2. Goal Setting: Discuss the student's learning objectives, whether they want to focus on conversational skills, writing, reading, or a combination of these. Set realistic and achievable short-term and long-term goals. 3. Learning Style Assessment: Identify the student's preferred learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to tailor lessons accordingly. Ask about any previous language learning experiences to incorporate successful strategies. 4. Curriculum Planning: Develop a customized curriculum based on the student's goals and assessment. Incorporate relevant cultural aspects into the curriculum to enhance language learning. By following a structured and personalized approach, I can create a positive and effective learning experience for my students.
