- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair to each specific job. It matches with the professional services that will be delivered from start to finish. I have no concerns with providing reasonable discounts depending on the job details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to contact a customer as soon as possible or at their earliest convenience. I ask for all of the details for the project and see if an assessment appointment can be made. During the walkthrough, I take measurements, notes, and pictures if necessary and answer all questions that customer may have and give my recommendations. I provide them with a estimate by the following day and create a schedule for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on experience with painting since 2012. In addition, I possess a Masters degree in Project Management which allows accuracy and oversight on every project including scope, cost, and time. I am also RAM certified (Registered in Apartment Management) and this is great for apartment assessments and consultation. Certain aspects of a project that customers would not usually take into consideration, I will be able to bring it to their attention. My company is EPA certified and able to deal with lead paint in the event of working in older buildings.
