Studio Piccolo ("Piccolo" meaning "small" in Italian) is a full service Interior Design Studio based in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. We offer services from e-design to full renovation. While our studio is quickly growing, we focus on making each project feel individualized no matter how big, or well... "small" the project. **Full service clients will receive access to designer trade discounts (10-30% off) at most big box stores.

Working with Torre was a true pleasure! Torre put together beautiful, thoughtful and original designs from scratch for our living room and entryway. She also worked on a complete painting schedule for our pre-war apartment. I find it difficult to describe my "style" (and don't really have one) but Torre completely understood what I was hoping for, and created rooms straight out of my dreams. She looked at my inspiration pictures, listened to my rambling thoughts, took into account existing pieces of furniture that we wanted to keep, patiently tweaked and revised the designs until we had something we absolutely loved. We now live in a home that feels so comfortable, functional and beautiful, all thanks to Torre. She's also extremely professional, was on time for all our meetings, a great communicator, really listens and takes into account feedback, and is super fun to be around. I would hire Torre again just to hang out with her! I can't recommend her more. Thank you Torre!

The single best decision I have made in my adult life, after understanding that scarlet red is truly not the direction my hair should pursue, was working with Torre. We were introduced via a mutual contact who saw a picture of one of the rooms in my apt, surely murmured “help is on its way,” and gave me Torre’s info. I don’t speak the language of interior design (ask me what “credenza” is and I’ll give you directions to Eataly), and Torre put me immediately at ease. Have I mentioned I’m poor? I’m poor. Champagne taste, also can’t afford beer budget. Not only was I unsure what I wanted, but I couldn’t afford it. And yet, here I am, sitting on my new couch in my new space, an apt I’ve lived in for a decade that is now fresh and vibrant and energetic and new. A modern Parisian feel in the living room, a show stopping “cloffice” with dresses and shoes as they were meant to be celebrated and displayed, and a bedroom that makes me feel like an adult. A STYLISH adult, natch. A mix of vintage and vintage inspired items, many installed by Torre herself, during visits I never wanted to end. I’m now a person I never was before, proud of what my living space reveals about me before saying a word. It’s all and only because of Torre and Studio Piccolo. Calling Torre was the best decision I made. And my hair remains blonde.

I’ve worked with Torre at Studio Piccolo for my homes in Brooklyn/New York and Los Angeles. I had never worked with an interior designer in the past, and I didn’t know how the process worked. She walked me through every step and made the process seamless. I didn’t know how to describe my sense of style or what I wanted, but after getting to know me and the home, she put together a scheme that feels tailored to me and my lifestyle. Every time I have friends or family over they compliment my home. I recommend Torre and Studio Piccolo to everyone I know, including whatever stranger is reading this, I guess. ;)

Torre has skills that we have not experienced with other designers. She can recreate a space, often using many existing pieces . She is very good about communication and will stay within budget. She is skilled with technology and hand renditions . She has lived in multiple cities and offers an experience base and options from her knowledge . Exceptional at making simple changed that result in great impact! Torre Lisi, the owner of the studio is very talented, we would highly recommend her. She has helped us personally and professionally with clients homes that needed staging in preparation for sale.
