What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Legal service fees for most types of cases are flat (one time) fees. Immigration court proceedings, asylum matters, and appeals are charged on an hourly basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive onboarding materials within 72 hours of retaining Vizar Law. When working remotely with a client, the client has access to a client portal to upload documents and receive documents from Vizar Law. Communication can be done via phone, Zoom, Google Meets, or secure email. Clients will receive regular updates on their pending matters once filed.
