I had come upon Thumbtack on social media just a few weeks ago. There were options offered for various companies and CleanStreet owner Caleb and I connected quickly. Firstly he struck me as a sincere and thoughtful person. His communication style is exceptional and he was understanding of our families special needs. Yamelly arrived on time with a smile and a,warm greeting. We talked and did a walk through and she got to work right away. She asked after completing a room if I thought it was clean to my satisfaction. Absolutely! She performed above and beyond my expectations. The apartment not only smelled fresh but was really sparkling clean. I am delighted to have found Thumbtack and even more happy to have found Cleanstreet and Caleb. I can't even begin to describe the entire cleaning process we got for my mom yesterday. From the start when Caleb the owner and I were in touch through till today after it was completed yesterday I was so impressed. Caleb is an incredible professional. He is also a lovely person and a great communicator. He is not a " high pressure" type and takes your needs into high consideration. Yamelly arrived on time and within minutes got started. She called me by name when she had a question and after each room was complete she asked if it met my expectations. Truth to be told everything was absolutely immaculate. It didn't just smell clean the apartment was sparkling and spotless. The price was reasonable and the service superb. Thank you Caleb [ he also followed up before charging us!] A huge thanks to Yamelly for her dedication and amazing work. A great experience and honestly I've used several other companies Cleanstreet is the absolute best! Many heartfelt thanks.
