- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have created flat fee pricing for the online serivces that I offer so clients can feel comfortable knowing the numbers upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn as much as possible about my clients. A questionnaire is sent out and we schedule a zoom call to talk about their dream space. I like to understand how my clients 'live' in their home. For example do your kids/pets rule your house, or are you a neat freak constantly cleaning etc. I like to find out what is truly important to them. A questionnaire is sent to them to help them zero in on their likes and dislikes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior Design and styling has been a part of my life since I was a small child. My training is not formal, but innate. I have always been the girl that friends say 'can you help me design my apartment' and I love your apartment, where did you get that', etc? I received my certification in Home Staging in 2010
