He is very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. I've been incorporating a lot of what I learned into my gym routine and it's been nice to have something different. I would definitely recommend to anyone. It’s a very thorough & the facility is beautiful & clean. He also gives me a lot of advice on what I can do outside as a practice the improve my self.
