- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always try to estimate and give you full price. Sometimes it could change for obvious reasons like spare parts shopping cost or for example if I open the device cover and discover something terrible that you want to fix right away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I'm listening your story 2. Diagnostics (free of charge if I can't handle fixing) 3. Work (going out for spare parts or ordering them with your warranty) 4. Done
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm an engineer, my grandfather was a great mechanic expert, my father was an outstanding handyman and all of my childhood I was doing everything by myself at my home. My wife really like to know that I can do anything, this makes her super happy.
