Absolutely fantastic - I run operations for a luxury furniture design/manufacturing firm in Tribeca and we have used a lot of pros over the year. Simon was prompt with communication, warm and friendly while clearly stating terms + what all would be accomplished, then his team arrives: I was completely blown away, they quickly but masterfully dissembled and reassembled our solid wood $10K dining table, handled all the tasks we had agreed upon with time to spare, were beyond lovely and personable, and so fantastic we ended up keeping them an extra hour to really sort out the office - I’m already reaching out to them again to see about helping with our upcoming shoot. The scheduling stage was annoying. Reached out on a Saturday and they informed me they are available to begin Sunday. About a half an hour before set appointment, I vintage them because I didn't hear anything from them. It was now that they thought it will be nice for me to know they couldn't make it, d/t a broken leg but can reschedule for Monday. At this time I was annoyed so I didn't want nothing to do with them. Monday they contacted me asking if they could do the job. Luckily for them someone was home so I had them reach out to that person. They were given the job and did an excellent job. I to away a star due to the scheduling issue. The 2 gentlemen that came to my home were nice and did a great job building quite a few items.
