I had huge holes/gaps on the outdoor stairs leading to my second floor due to poor workmanship done by the previous developers next to me. Rodents created a nest in the holes/gaps and it needed to be filled and/or closed up. Umair was very responsive. When the work was completed the workers did a great job but missed a spot. Showed Umair the photos of the spots missed and he came right back out.
