Having lived in multiple countries, including Canada, the USA, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, I have gained extensive expertise in a wide range of construction projects - from overseeing the development of field hospitals and water treatment plants for the United Nations, to full renovations of cabins in the Catskills, to custom kitchen and bathrooms here in NYC. High quality work and excellent communication are my top priorities, ensuring that each client is satisfied with the outcome.

We have now had both our full bathrooms renovated in the past 2 years by Eddie Warren and Fleetwood. Eddie is a craftsman who knows his trade and delivers an excellent result. When any problems occurred, he was very responsive, and on one occasion after an unforeseen problem, delivered a repair at the “eleventh hour” on New Year’s Eve!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Eddie from Fleetwood Renovations for a complete gut renovation of our house upstate. In just six months, he delivered a high-quality renovation within our budget, including building an incredible kitchen, four bathrooms, new flooring, and even vaulting the ceilings.
Eddie’s craftsmanship is top-notch, but it's his problem-solving skills that truly set him apart. He tackled challenges that seemed impossible, like adding a bathroom upstairs and converting our garage basement into a beautiful, livable space.
