I needed my bathroom renovated in my business. After hiring the wrong company at first, tiles weren't straight, grouting was messy. Thankfully I found CDC. They were very professional, efficient and very neat! I was very impressed. They said 3 days, they finished in 2. Chris worked within a price range that was reasonable and made sense. I HIGHLY recommend this company to whatever repairs you need. You will Not be disappointed.

I own a multi use building in Brooklyn. I needed to remodel the common hallway area and a one bedroom apartment. The quality of work and it was finished in a timely manner I didn't lose any rental income at all. Clean and move in ready.

CDC did a large demo job for my co-op. It was done quickly and more importantly, clean. A co-op can be tough for some contractors with their rules. But CDC was on top of it. No dusty foot trails in the lobby or halls and when I alerted CDC about dust coming from under my door into the hallway they quickly reacted with plastic barriers. I would use them again and certainly recommend them.
