Incredible service, tackled a difficult HVAC setup during a difficult time (COVID) and was able to get my machine running at short notice (it broke in 90degr heat). Still runs great! Friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable

Chris is really knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Based on his reviews, I engaged him to restore heat to our apartment. After the initial diagnosis (bad water pump) and fix, another issue arose. Chris returned promptly to evaluate and to problem solve (bleeder value). Ultimate, it was an issue that was not due to his work. Regardless of cause, he fixed the issue and got the system up and running. I would absolutely recommend Chris if you need someone to maintain and/or fix your heating and cooling system. He combines top notch technical knowledge with a level of responsiveness and professionalism that should give you comfort that he will find and resolve your system's issue.

From servicing state & county hospitals, Gracie Mansion, 5 star hotels and restaurants to full apartment complexes. I'm the guy HQ sends when no one else can solve the problem. Certified with EPA Section 608 Universal Certification. Refrigerant Recycling, Recovery and Reclamation.
