FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a reasonable price based upon labor, time, scope of work, material used and travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with requesting an appointment to view the job in person or video chat. I will discuss with the customer what they would like done and give my professional opinion on how the job should be completed as well as the time frame. Once I collect all of this information and the cost of material then I will discuss pricing and a date to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent all of high school as an apprentice under my father where I learned carpentry, painting, tiling, high end finishing woodwork, framing, and bathroom and kitchen remodeling. I joined the union six years ago where I renovate high end Manhattan apartments. We do all custom work for every tenant from countertops to bathroom tiles as well as a full remodel of the entire apartment from walls to flooring.
