Yuri was awesome! He came and worked on the same day. He was very polite and his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Overall, extremely satisfied with his work and we are very happy to have our water successfully running again! Would definitely recommend him.

He is good of what he does but he knows how to take his time to make more money since u paying him an hourly rate. I believe my issue wasn’t complicated and he knew how to solve it he took longer process to make it complicated and i believe it was unfair of what he charged me for less than 2 hour work. If u put his entire work together it was less than 20 min and he charged me $200 which was a ripoff

You could come and figure out the problem, immediately say that you need to replace the toilet.It would cost the customer $300 toilet bowl and $400 job. But I can offer this to the client only when all other methods of solving the problem have failed.I had to wait 45 minutes for super to come and open the basement, in order to make sure that the pipe does not have a reverse slope, after conducting tests on the volume of water to drain. It was only after all these manipulations that it became clear to me that the problem could be solved by increasing the flow of water into the toilet tank. It cost the customer $200. Therefore, his claim of "fraud" is more than absurd.

I asked Yury for help with some small issue in my apartment but seeing his approach to the job he does and values the quality, I asked him for more work in my office and recommended to a couple of my friends.
