This is our typical process of work with new customers: Introduction: Promptly responding to inquiries, learning about their needs. Consultation: Scheduling a meeting if necessary to understand client goals and preferences. Proposal and Contract: Providing a detailed proposal and contract for agreement. Quote & Deposit: Providing a client with a quote and requesting a deposit to confirm the job. Kick-off: Hold a kick-off meeting to set expectations and timelines. Creative Process: Begin creative work, incorporating client feedback. Final Delivery: Deliver the final product, ensuring client satisfaction. Follow-up: Schedule a follow-up to discuss satisfaction and future collaboration.
