When Pete became Harley's walker, she was a good dog but not the best behaved. Under Pete's guidence and influence she is now a very good girl!! Pete relates to the dogs he cares for and in return the dogs repond to him in a very positive way!! I would recommend Pete to anyone!

I had worked with several Dog Trainers in NYC before I met Pete, and after working with him I will never use another. I had a bottle fed Pitbull, who had severe aggression issues, and it was coming to a point where I was becoming hopeless. That was until I met Peter Caine. Through his strict obedience training, repetition, and constant vigilance Harley became a different dog. I only recommend Peter Caine to anyone that has a dog in the NYC area. His Board & Train will work wonders. Pete makes training fun, and keeps it simple. He genuinely cares about his clients, and will always make you laugh. For anyone that has a dog, whether it is a puppy, or an older dog with issues Peter Caine is the man for the job. Thanks for everything Pete!

I had a Skype consultation with Peter. He is extraordinary and really knows the way dogs act, behave and should be trained. His advice and help really was all the difference in my dogs behavior. I really was my wits end trying to find a good trainer who didn't use food. He has very simple and effective techniques that, when applied consistently, worked like a charm. My dog is on a raw food diet and on the road to being a well mannered member of the family. I don't know what I'd have done with out him! Well, I do actually, I'd have been miserable living with an undisciplined dog! He helped me understand that dog training isnt a temporary fix, it is a life long commitment. Thanks Caine!

Peter is an amazing trainer. He comes to our house and spends way more time than he is paid for. His advice is specific, well-informed and clear. He is very patient with me when I can't always learn quickly with training our 5 month old puppy. He analyzes the situation, then gives clear, specific directions and helps me repeat the task until I get it right. He is clearly passionate about dogs and his work. This is not a job for him, but a way of life. He also makes himself available 24/7 for advice on everything from feeding, to toys, to housebreaking, in addition to all the regular training. He's incredibly reliable and accommodating with scheduling sessions.He's a lot of fun,too. This has been a terrific experience that I highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices: Board and Train- Minimum 4 week stay,Dog isn't coming back until compliant. Private lessons after Board and train included. Every thing the dogs needs to come back is included. All issues are dealt with, all basic obedience commands are conditioned in. All command are taught as implied stays. We never use the word stay. Commands :Sit, Whoa, Place, Heel. Here, Down, kennel, Out. Some dogs are taught Hold. Some dogs are taught retrieving skills. All dog are taught to sit and be calm at all thresholds $6,000 Canine consultations $500 Field training $950 week, $10 for each game used Your pets safety is of our greatest concern
