Natalia is such a great & professional groomer. I needed a real last minute same day bather who can bathe my cat and she did it SO WELL. I tried doing myself previously and he hated it so much as soon as he felt water. He does not bite or scratch but was hanging on me. I told her about that too and said she was able to handle. The bath took her less than 20 min and rest to just dry him up. We didn't hear any major meowing or being aggressive and was even curious what was happening cause when we heard the blow dryer, no noise of the cat AT ALL. She debriefed after the service how it went and what was the best way to bath him. Apparently out cat fell asleep when drying!! Also, after bath, our baby did not look stressed or behaved like it was too stressed. When we tried he hid for an hour ltr but went right to bed/couch and groomed! Natalia is SO SWEET and super professional. Thank you so much again❤️

she did a very fantastic job on Pudgy who is over 17 years old and had more mats than I realized. Right after Natalia left, Pudgy went to eat and then jump on the bed. I couldn't believe it.

I would give Natalia 10 out of 10 stars. She gave both of my very large cats lion cuts and they came out looking great! My girl cat is very feisty but Natalia was great with her, not scratching or biting, just a couple of hisses. I would highly recommend her to other cat families and will definitely be contacting her next summer for more lion cuts!

Natalia is great! She was wonderful with my two maltipoos, even the somewhat grumpy 16 yo senior. Her work is excellent, and I keep admiring how pretty my girls look! She was very responsive to my requests (I'm picky), and they look just the way I like them to look even though it was the first time she groomed them. Language was no barrier, prices were fair, and we will definitely be asking her back!!
