The groomer was professional, on time and so good with our two long hair ginger cats. They communicated well and respected what we asked for. As a bonus, they left the bathroom spotless, a miracle considering how much hair was shaved! Highly recommend!

My cat Gris is a long haired mature girl in good health but nobody likes a stranger grooming them even if they desperately need it. Still Gris and I were in the best hands with Deborah the moment she came in. She made friends with the Empress of the house in minutes. Working quickly to trim her claws and deal with some serious matting in her more intimate areas before a dry bath and good brushing. The whole job was done in 30 minutes and Gris was not only perfect, but surprised to be perfectly happy. I was thrilled and we'll definitely call Inda House again.

Absolutely amazing! Had my 13 year old catgroomed they were both professional, and remarkably fast. I was surprised when she finished 40 minutes later and sassy looked and smelled great!
Will absolutely be returning and having my other catgroomed with her also!
Note: her whiskers are short due to allergies, not the groom.

I thought my cat was going to be aggressive and difficult. Things went SO well and the workers did a great job. CJ will be getting groomed by them on the regular. And the fact that they came to my home is a +++ SO GRATEFUL and happy!

Our prices are compatible with a personalized and special service. And overall, customers feel completely satisfied with the value for money. We charge a visitation fee if the cat is aggressive and does not allow the service to be completed. And we charge a matting fee if the pet is too matting

We seek to understand the customer's real needs, advising them on the type of service that will solve their problem.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I advise you to always look for well-evaluated professionals. Reviews help a lot to understand whether the groomer's profile matches the client's pet. Characteristics such as patience are very important when it comes to dealing with pets.
