DJ Godfrey was seriously above and beyond my expectations. From our conversations beforehand to the day of the event, he was the ultimate professional. He helped us have an absolutely phenomenal party to celebrate my dad's retirement. The music was excellent (perfect mix of genres, just like I requested). He created such a festive vibe, and he genuinely knows how to move a crowd!! So many of my party guests gave him compliments (some even asked for his booking info!). I will most definitely be booking him for every party I have going forward!!

For our wedding, we chose DJ Godfrey of Imani International, and our experience was nothing short of perfect. We have all been to weddings and parties where the DJs were terrible, so we were determined for that not to be the case with our wedding. Our experience with DJ Godfrey was beyond outstanding. He totally blew us away. Godfrey made our reception the perfect celebration by curating a playlist of past and present music that kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night, including some of our older relatives who haven’t danced like that in decades. If the venue had allowed it, I think everyone could have easily danced another few hours. Throughout the entire evening, we had guests coming up to tell us how awesome the music was, how much fun they were having, and how our wedding reception was the best they had ever been to. A week later, many were telling us that they were still recovering. Some even asked when we were planning on doing it again 😂. It was clear from our first contact with Godfrey that he has a passion for his craft. Throughout the entire process, Godfrey and his team were super professional, honest, accommodating, attentive to emails and calls, and provided a lot of useful feedback on details we didn’t even consider. Godfrey's knowledge of music, calm demeanor, ability to read and work a crowd, and ability to be flexible enough to work in some out of the box requests, all combined to truly make our reception the ultimate party. Godfrey and his team's commitment to their work is unmatchable and undeniably the best. The pride they take in what they do is what makes working with them such a pleasure and it allowed us to have a wedding reception like no other. Pricing is catered to each event and our clients requirements. Weddings usually have set schedules. Weddings can average $800 for receptions , and increase or decrease based on available options . Events can average around $400 for small events and increase accordingly.
