I thought I could repair my computer on my own, but just made a mess of things. Wish I had called Andrew right from the start. He diagnosed my problem quickly, and rebuilt my whole computer. Very professional and knowledgeable. Don’t make all the mistakes I did, and have Andrew do things the right way.

I had a complicated issue with my monitor and system in general (I was unable to perform any windows updates). ultimately this required a full windows re-install. andrew patiently spent hours with me, eliminating other possible solutions, resolved my issues, gave me advice going forward... and then stuck to his original estimate (which was way too low, given the complexity of the issue and the time spent). I would definitely use him again for any computer issues I have... and I highly recommend him. FYI: this is my first experience with thumbtack.
