Emmanuel is very knowledgeable about computers, and he's keenly focused on delivering thorough results at economical prices. I had an excellent customer service experience with him. I needed to find out if the data in an old hard drive had been corrupted during a computer crash. Emmanuel scanned the hard drive, determined that it was virus-free and then successfully transferred the data to a new computer. After this, he installed Microsoft Office and Kaspersky anti-virus software to the new PC without incident. In addition, he set up a new portable hard drive to automatically back up the computer's files every 24 hours, overnight. Last but not least, he provided tips on how to deal with unwanted adware, what to look for price-wise when buying computer storage, and how to resolve a functionality question with Facebook's Messenger software. All this, and he was personable too. Home run!

I NEVER write reviews, but sometimes exceptions must be made. Working with QTech has not only been pleasurable but it has also been a very informative experience. The job we hired them for was not easy by any stretch, but Emmanuel and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were satisfied. During the process the entire Q-tech team exhibited extreme patience and professionalism to make sure the most minor of details were accounted for. I cannot speak for other companies on this site, but if you are looking for a company that prides itself in providing quality work and exceptional customer service with competitive pricing then this is who you should hire.

I had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel and getting my Lenovo yoga laptop fixed in a reasonable time period. We communicated via text and phone and he was always available when I had any questions or concerns. He also fixed my laptop at a great price. I got quotes from other places and they wanted to charge me more. Emmanuel also made picking up my laptop easy and close to home so that was definitely appreciated.
