The history of “kmj services inc” began nearly 10 years ago when we started working in residential and commercial cleaning. In 2019, we introduced the Water Fed method for window cleaning, which allowed us to thoroughly clean not only the glass but also frames, seals, and even mosquito screens using specialized equipment. From the very beginning, our goal was to provide clients with a comprehensive service. This ambition led us to expand our offerings to include professional cleaning of carpets, tile, hardwood, and all types of upholstery. In early 2023, after acquiring the necessary equipment, we officially established our family company, “kmj services inc.” We are focused on achieving 100% results and are confident that no one can do the job better than us!

This family owned business is based out of Brooklyn, but travels throughout the 5 boroughs and NJ. As a NJ resident, I was skeptical at first, but wow was I amazed! They were accommodating with my schedule and very detailed with how they were going to wash my carpet. As a pet owner and mother of young children, I appreciated the eco-friendly products they explained they were going to use. For about 3 hours, this husband/wife team worked tirelessly to make my carpets spotless! Free of any dirt, pet, drink or food stains! My husband and are very happy with the result and at an affordable price as well! Not to mention, they were friendly and personable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you give us your address or send us pictures of what are your needs. Second, we look if there is any specific stains on the furniture or rugs and carpets. Lastly, the same day or next day latest we give you the estimate price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in window cleaning businesses for the past 8 years. And the last 3 years I mastered my knowledge in floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning.
