- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are completely transparent about all our rates, which can be found on our website. We accept credit card payments for the deposit, and the remaining balance gets paid to your entertainer in cash on the day of the party. Tips are also encouraged!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by discussing what you're looking for in a party package (this can be done online or over the phone). When you decide to book with us, we'll take you through our simple booking process. We'll then send you an email contract to look over, which has a link to our website where you can pay the deposit. After the deposit has been paid, we'll send you an email confirmation with your receipt attached.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entertainers are all handpicked and thoroughly trained to ensure they're the best in the business. We only recruit people who have heaps of energy, are fun and personable, love working with kids, and are just a little bit bananas! For your peace of mind, we also carry out background checks on everyone who works for us.
