My tenant’s inverter AC unit stopped working during the heat wave a few weeks ago. Michael was able to come in for a service call the next day. He informed me of the state of the unit and gave me various options, showing willingness to help me with all options. He was very professional about sharing his recommendations and photos of his previous work, and gave me time to think about my options. When I made my decision to replace the entire unit, he came within 3 days and this included ordering the unit. He was very punctual and effective. Tenants love the AC unit and have no complaints. It’s been a week. I would recommend Michael to anyone with similar issues. I’ve been having some trouble finding professionals that call me back. Michael is not one of those professionals. Very responsive and very knowledgeable.
