I couldn’t be more impressed with this carpet cleaner and couch cleaning! After years of trying various products and services, Mazal carpet solutions finally delivered the results I was hoping for. They removed the stains and the carpet smelled amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

The gentlemen who came were very nice and did the job quickly. However, the actual price ended up being way more than the estimated price. I ended up getting a shampoo instead of steam cleaning, and my carpet still didnt look much different. It took 3 days for the carpet to dry and my house was left with a bad smell, despite them saying they used Deodorizer. But again, they were very nice.

Great pair of guys that showed up earlier than expected (which worked out great for me). Very friendly and established common ground talking about the local neighborhood. I originally wanted just a basic wash, but upon Jack and Victor's recommendation, we went ahead with a shampoo wash service and the difference was pretty stark. On top of this, the resulting dirty water had come out very dark; which leads me to believe that the rug I wanted clean is, in fact, very clean.Thank you to Jack and Victor for a fantastic job, as well as Oren for reaching out mere seconds (yes, seconds) after I'd put in a request for cleaners. Will recommend AND turn to Mazal Carpet solutions again!
