That I am willing an able to complete there project, at the price we agree on an also will go over and beyond to get the job done right to there satisfaction! when it comes to my customers! They are my first priority's
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
making sure i arrive on time! do a excellent job, to all clients, so they can become repeating customer, we have a 3 step method that we uses, first we vacuum then we shampoo if needed, then we proceed to steam cleaning to bring back to new again as possible if we can't make it look like new we will advise before work is started if the carpet rug furniture has not bin cleaned in over 6 months it unlikely that it will come back to new we recommend cleaning every 3 months to keep the life of the carpet/furniture, especially if you have pets 😀
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
work for Sears carpert cleaning for some time, other than that, i work for my self part time, for about 11 years now but now am going fulltime in this businesse now
