We hired CitySteamers for a deep carpet cleaning at our office space in SOHO, Manhattan, and the results were incredible. The carpet was heavily soiled from years of foot traffic and daily use—we honestly didn’t expect much.

He came in, explained what he was going to do, and showed what solutions he was going to use as it being non toxic was important.
After a deep clean and odor treatment, the stain is completely gone, and there’s zero smell left behind. Highly recommend!

I had an old, high-end area rug that’s been in the family for years and really needed deep cleaning. I was nervous about having it cleaned because of its delicate fibers, but Dan reassured me right away. He explained his process and promised to be extremely careful—not just to clean it, but to restore its fiber strength and appearance.
He truly delivered. The are rug is fully cleaned and feels better.

Dan did a fantastic job cleaning my silk area rug. I was a little nervous because it’s delicate, so he performed low moister cleaning type on it and handled it with so much care and now it looks great again—fresh, bright, and clean. Cant recomend him more!
