- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is unique to every customers needs and the level of difficulty of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try my best to treat a customer as if they are my family member. My mother , Father , sister , brother , ETC. I also break down the whole process in Laymans terms so that my can understand the whole process of the task at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 900 hour certificate in Electrical and Advance Electrical. I am also a Foreman for Troller Electrical in Ocean NJ.
