Mandy did an unbelievable job on my kids Mother’s Day present. I actually sent this job to two calligraphers to determine the best quality. Mandy’s was priced nearly the same but the art and calligraphy were far superior to the other artist. Communication was great the entire process. Couldn’t be happier.

Although we did not hire DustyMoonlightMandy for this particular project, she was forthright about about her experience as a calligrapher (we were looking for a calligrapher who has made Quaker Marriage Certificates, a specialty not found among all calligraphers), prompt in her correspondence and willing to work with me as a customer. She is good overall but she raised the price 2 times after She mentioned the price at the first time. I think it would be better to fix the price she mentioned at first. Except that, it was good overall.

Thank you for your review and feedback. I really appreciate it! The rate was established with suggested accommodations to omit the rush fee given the brief deadline. The single price revision was due to the low quantity of extra cards, in which I also provided a discounted fee as well. In addition, no delivery fees were included in this project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would love to work within client budgets, but can only be applied to certain services I provide. I would love to hear from you and see what I can work on for you! Below are estimates for some of the services I provide: ~Graphic Design~ (DOES NOT include the price of printing services; price only reflects design work) Logo Design - Starting at $50 Brand Development - Starting at $1500 (Can include letterhead, e-mail signature, logo, business card, product, advertisement products such as posters, vehicle, billboards etc.) Marketing Products - Posters, Business Cards - Starting at $100 Invitations - Starting at $50 * Invitation Suites will start at $150 for the design of Invitation, RSVP, Accommodations, Menu, Programs, Table Tents, and Placecards * Minimum order quantity is 20. +-Bespoke Event Decorating-+ Please contact me to inquire about more information. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free consultation for the pre-development of the project. I want to get to know you and your project and vice versa. For event decor, I would love to meet you in person or speak on the phone to discuss the project further. I will always provide illustrations before beginning a project, that way both we and the client can visualize our final product. I can provide 2 free physical samples but afterwards, they will all be digital mockups or incur a fee. To begin the project, a 30% deposit is required . The deposit does not include the use of third-party vendors, these fees are separate from our own.
