Do yourself a favor and use What’s Bugging You. From the very start, everything was easy and pain-free. Fernando was awesome and so professional. He responded within a minute, his price was great and we had set up a day later in the week to get it done. Doesn’t get any easier than that! Let’s face it, bedbugs are gross and you never imagine you would have them in your home even if you keep the cleanest house. He was professional and nice. On time, explained everything fully and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Book with Fernando! Don’t use those corporate companies…one legit quoted me almost TRIPLE the price and would’ve been twice as much work on my end. It’s been a week since our treatment and we haven’t spotted anything lurking around. Feels SO good to have found this company and I’ll recommend him to everyone I can.

My honest review!!! First of all, Luis is the cutest pest man ever! I told my daughter: “ain’t had a man in my bedroom in over two year and the one that shows up is only looking for bugs” 😷😂 Aside from that, Luis was on point! He found them little critters and went to work. Dismantling my three beds, living-room and office. What a nightmare! I HATE CREEPY CRAWLERS. I ran out the room at one point…Luis is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional and I got a feeling he liked bugs as a kid! He want shook at all 😬 Thank you Luis for getting to what was buggin us! I would recommend you to all my friends and family but I PRAY I never need your services again 🙏🏾

The professional’s professional. If you’ve just spotted a bed bug and reading this you’re likely reading tens if not hundreds of reviews for bed bug removal. This should be the last one you need. Fernando’s approach to bed bugs is multifaceted, efficient, and priced fairly. He answered my request for service within 1 minute of submitting, worked with me to book an appointment, gave a transparent and reasonable quote, and spotted the very subtle signals guiding to the root of the infestation within 30 seconds of entering the room (see photo 2). Before this I had personally stripped the sheets and peeled back every millimeter of the mattress, cleaned the frame with bleach, and cleaned and coated the baseboard with a knife and boric acid. This took me ~8 hrs. He spotted the aftermarket slats used to fix an Ikea bed frame within 30 seconds. Having now literally read books on the problem, I can assure you he is using the single best treatment available for bed bugs. He gives you the peace of mind that he will return to reapply if needed, but due to the high quality (human/pet safe) insecticide he’s using, which is now the industry standard for professional contact and residual treatment, that shouldn’t be needed. His approach being multifaceted means that he will give you invaluable advice on your situation to help you prevent future problems from reoccurring, which is crucial after the chemicals erode months after application (as expected). This peace of mind is something you will want when the lights are off. His pricing is appropriate. I was quoted similar treatment at 145% to 210% the amount of his quote. Further, they offered 0 to 1 guaranteed follow-ups vs Fernando’s service, which is “whatever it takes.” Even still, beyond his better pricing, this is not just about application of product, the bedside manner, identification ability, and prevention advice was almost worth more than the “service” itself. He answered questions after application via messaging, giving peace of mind. Fernando understands that by fairly pricing his work he will get detailed, thorough reviews and customers (myself) who will now go out of their way to recommend him to peers/friends when the topic of bed bugs (unfortunately) is mentioned. If anything should change in the next several weeks I will make sure to edit this initial review accordingly. C, Jan-23.

My roach & rodent pricing is pretty standard. My bedbug pricing system is slightly different than others. My pricing for bedbugs vary state to state. But overall my prices are always lower than others.
