‘Perseverance’ is the word that describes Sergei the best. It took nearly 5 hours to install what turned out to be quite a complex thermostat installation. Not only did he not give up but he didn’t even revise his price upward after knowing the complexity. I have never come across such a dedicated and passionate professional. I would highly recommend him.
