Rob fit me into his schedule within 24 hours of first contact and was punctual for the appointment. My Samsung dryer was not starting. He was very transparent about his work flow, displaying and explaining repair problem and explaining the costs involved. He had the necessary replacement part on hand so he was able to repair my Samsung dryer in roughly an hour's time. When the job was done before leaving Rob texted me links to washer and dryer maintenance kits he recommended. An awesome value added from a caring professional! Rob is very knowledgeable and transparent. I am so glad I reached out to him to see if he could help us with why our oven wasn’t reaching temperature. He was able to come out quickly diagnose and let me know how much it would be to get it back up and running. I was thinking worst case and will now call him when any appliance in my home stops working. Great value and it was fixed within a few days when he received the part. Thank you!

Rob is exactly the person to handle ALL my appliance repair needs. In fixing my stovetop he was very transparent. He let me know exactly what the part cost and what his labor would be. He was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything as he was doing it. In addition he gave me some tips on how to maintain my dishwasher and washing machine so I really wouldn't have to use his services for a while.
