Alex is a great guy! He came out the same day as my request (a Sunday no less!), cleaned out my dryer, and was very honest about future repair cost vs. new dryer. If I could give him six stars instead of five, I would!

We had a dishwasher that was collecting water at the bottom. I submitted a request on Thumbtack around 7:30 am. to 4 different companies. Green Fuse called me within minutes. I explained the problem and was told they would be there between 9-12. The tech arrived at 9:30. He diagnosed the problem which was very simple, he didn't even need tools. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. I was just charged the rate to come out. I will definitely use them for future repairs.

Alex with Green Fuse was very quick to respond and was at my house the next day at noon. He repaired a malfunctioning dishwasher door (Cafe) and charged a very reasonable rate, without upselling! Alex was *very* thorough and even corrected mistakes the original installer made (3 years ago… a Home Depot contractor). I highly recommend Green Fuse/Alex - I already have them in my phone contacts for future appliance repairs (hoping I never have to call them, tho - ha!).
