- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a below average pricing as we want to encourage our customers to work with us. Our company is in the stage of expansion so we want to show as many people as we can of our love and passion to appliance & HVAC repair and installation. So get the most out of us while you can, we very soon will raise our prices for service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything is simple. Contact us via Thumbtack, Phone or website. Tell us the issue you have with your appliance or air conditioning system. We will arrange an appointment for our specialist to visit and determine the problem or fix it on spot. If there is a need for a new part, we make an order, give estimated time of arrival, upon arrival we arrange another visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical engineers, have knowledge in high and low voltage electrical work. Our team has great experience in appliance and HVAC repairs and installation. We constantly work on our knowledge as technology develops, taking new courses and doing our own research.
