Based on my description of the problem, he was able and willing to bring the parts with him and fix my Bosch dishwasher in one shot without wasting my time and charging for a “consultation”. His price was very reasonable and he stuck to it. I was concerned about going with someone with less of a track record and following than the “big guys”, but I am glad I did.
