- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Confirmation of the service request from the customer indicating the exact address, date and time. 2. Visit to the customer to inspect and determine the malfunction of the device (SCF service charge $100, if the customer agrees to the repair, it is included in the total cost) if spare parts are available, repairs are made on the same day. 3. Prepayment is made, spare parts are ordered, delivery is approximately 5-6 business days. 4. A day and time of repair convenient for the customer is determined. 5. Visit, repair, payment for work. Warranty for installed spare parts is 65 calendar days.

Experience in repairing household and commercial laundry equipment for 15 years.
