- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of the work includes: the qualifications of the technician, the cost of the replacement part, a guarantee for repairs (from 3 to 12 months) and the work itself. We charge 3% credit card fee which is non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to do our job well, as if for ourselves. Our task is to ensure that the client is satisfied with the repair and recommends us to his friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have higher education and also have specialization and experience in repairing household appliances.
