I like the fact that they explained to me what was wrong with each machine. I also loved the honesty of recommending getting new once since the repair was going to be more expensive and not fully guaranteed.

Max from AYAX Appliance repair was everything you'd expect from an appliance repair tech: Knowledgeable, reliable, professional and honest. He showed up exactly when he said he would (EARLY actually) and knew exactly what was wrong within minutes of his diagnosis. He fixed both a Maytag Electric Dryer (broken belt) and a Fisher Paykel Refrigerator (faulty Ice Maker). He had to come back for the Dryer repair, which he did, exactly as he promised. I would HIGHLY recommend AYAX Inc Repair (Max Ilin) and would definitely use again.

Technician Maksim responded to my online inquiry almost immediately with a phone call. His work in repairing my in-wall oven and microwave was neat, orderly and completed with diligence. I would not hesitate to use Ayax Appliance Repair in the future.

I was on the fence bet buying a new dryer or looking into having my current one repaired. I did some research, read the reviews and decided yesterday to look into having my dryer repaired . I can happily say today less than 24hours later my old dryer is working again. Very happy with my choice & the service I received.

He showed up early. Did thorough diagnostic tests to inform me that I am better off to replace my dishwasher because it would cost as much to repair it.
